Lost Passwords
If you have lost/forgotten your password you can contact StrataMax/StrataPay
Customer Service to get a new password generated for you. StrataMax/StrataPay Customer
Service can be contacted via email at passwords@stratamax.com.au
or via the telephone on 1300 135 610.
Please be sure to provide the following information in your
request:
- Name
- StrataMax Login Id
- Daytime Contact Phone Number
If you have an email address on file with your body
corporate/strata manager then we will respond with your new password
via email.
If you do not have an email address on
file with your body corporate/strata manager then we will mail out your
new password to the address you have currently recorded with your body
corporate/strata manager.
