It appears you have entered a StrataMax ID.

To login you must enter your email address for your account on StrataMax Portal. To see if you already have an account please enter your email address instead of your StrataMax ID and press Login.

You will be informed to either enter your password to login or to create an account.

Once you have an account created you will be presented with a list of properties to add to your account. If your property does not appear you can use your StrataMax ID and Password to link the property to your account.
